Sorta TMI - question - length of 1st "after" period...

So after having DD, I've had my 6 week checkup and went back on Depo.  9 days later I started spotting, and now have had a full blown period for a week and a half now...it's not going away, at all, and I'm a little concerned since this is definitely not normal, especially since when I was on Depo before, they pretty much stopped completely.  How long was your 1st after baby?  Wondering if this warrants a call to the OB/GYN office tomorrow....

I am so glad you posted this! I got my period a week after I started the mini pill, and I am EBF! I couldn't believe I got it! It lasted about 8 days, which is really really long for me. My periods usually lasted 4-5days max

I just got my first pp period and I am on the pill.  So far it has lasted a week and i still have it!  It has been REALLY heavy as well.  If its not gone in a few days I am going to call my dr, just to make sure, but I think its normal

I got my period 9 week PP. I EP and I'm not on any type of bc. I was on my period for 6 days it was really heavy the first 3 day and I spotted the last 3 days. If you are concerned I would put a call into the doc.
