Hello. I have a soon-to-be 5 yo, 2yo and newborn on the way.
We currently have seated in the rear, a Britax Frontier which can convert to a booster and a Britax Roundabout. For the infant, we will be using our Graco Safe Seat (holds up to 30 lbs) carrier and would like to know (since we have our carrier in storage) if it is possible to get all three of our kids seated in the back.
Perhaps even if we convert the Britax Frontier to a booster (since my soon-to-be 5 yo is at 40lbs) or get another booster and keep the Britax Roundabout for the almost 2 yo, would the Graco carrier be able to fit in the rear such that all three kids can ride in this vehicle?
Does anyone have the same vehicle with similarly aged kids and seats to be able to answer this?
Re: 2007 Honda CR-V to seat three in rear? Possible?
Thanks guys!
I've seen where others have been able to JUST fit their three in the CR-V but they were most likely using car-seats that were much slimmer than the Britaxes. Short of trying this out myself, I thought I'd ask first.
And yes, we are looking at the Odyssey (one of the best we've researched so far) but were hoping to have a little more time... how I wish we could get the latest model too ::swoon::!
Oh thank you so much! That would be a tremendous help if I could somehow finagle more use out of our CR-V before upgrading. I'll DEFINITELY check the site out.
I have a 2006 Honda Civic and was able to get three carseats in the back, but it's a tight squeeze. I have three Radians - the middle one RF and two outside FF.
My kids are 3.5, 2, and about to be born any minute.
I wasn't willing to give up my great gas mileage for a minivan just yet. The tree new seats were expensive, but definitely much cheaper than a new van!
