So in love with DH!

He set DD up with grandma for the night, told me to go out and find a special outfit, then took me out to our favorite restaurant where I enjoyed my first glass of wine PP! That would've been good enough for me, but to top it all off, he got me a hotel room for the night so that I can have some time all to my self and a full 8 hours of sleep for once! Plus, before he left me to my night of blissed out solitude, we got a little busy and it was UNBELIEVABLE! Best husband ever!

I think I will leave the internet browser open to this page when I go to bed so my DH can read this!!!  Forget the dinner and the wine... I'll take the hotel room all to myself!!  That is so AWESOME!

I think he just won the best husband of the year award! You are very lucky! Mine actually woke me up from a nap to tell me he was taking my daughter ice skating and I had to wake up to watch my very active 3 year old and the newborn! After absolutely no sleep for the past 3 days and nights.

Can your DH come give lessons to some of our DHs? I don't even need a full night away, but a nice 2 or 3 hour uninterrupted nap would be nice once a week or something.
