Not sure if it was supposed to be pronounced Cherry-Lynn (destined to be a stripper) Or Sherry-lyn.
I also recently saw Charlynn.
Are there any names ending in -lyn worthwhile? I was trying to think of one.

There are only a couple that I like... Madelyn, Evelyn, Jacqueline, and maybe Marilyn since it was my fave grade school teacher's name. I'm sure there must be a couple more out there that are "worth while".
My name's Jessalyn, and while it may be made-up (I've only seen two peeople ever with the same name, the ex-wife on Glee, and 1 IRL), I've always liked it. It probably helps that I was named before the -lyn trend, at least where I grew up. There were no Ashyns, Emmalyns, Madelyns, Adelyns, etc.
Re: If it ends in -lyn...
I was going to be named Danalynn (Dan-a-lynn, not Dane-a-lynn)...and I don't dislike that at all. (my mom ended up just naming me Dana)

Carolyn, Evelyn, and Marilyn are very real names...and not overdone.
I'm not a fan of any of them, but some certainly are legit.
Jocelyn, Evelyn, & Madelyn come to mind.
i think ashlyn, jaelyn, madelyn, rylan & kailyn are ok.

I like a few "Lyn" names, Ashlynn, Katelyn, Evelyn, Jocelyn, Carolyn..
But the others like Madeline, Emmeline, Jacqueline, Adeline, Evangeline, etc. I prefer spelled with the "-Line" ending.
