I saw the name Cherrilyn today.

Not sure if it was supposed to be pronounced Cherry-Lynn (destined to be a stripper) Or Sherry-lyn.

I also recently saw Charlynn.

Are there any names ending in -lyn worthwhile? I was trying to think of one.

I was going to be named Danalynn (Dan-a-lynn, not Dane-a-lynn)...and I don't dislike that at all. (my mom ended up just naming me Dana)

There are only a couple that I like... Madelyn, Evelyn, Jacqueline, and maybe Marilyn since it was my fave grade school teacher's name. I'm sure there must be a couple more out there that are "worth while".

I have seen it before, I think it is supposed to be pronounced Cheryl-lyn. I think Ashlyn is cute, but I prefer it spelled more traditionally.

My name's Jessalyn, and while it may be made-up (I've only seen two peeople ever with the same name, the ex-wife on Glee, and 1 IRL), I've always liked it. It probably helps that I was named before the -lyn trend, at least where I grew up. There were no Ashyns, Emmalyns, Madelyns, Adelyns, etc.
