Lila is the original Sanskrit name that means 'play'. I'm not sure why people toss an H in there....it's unnecessary. Kind of makes me think it was influenced by Sarah. The third option looks like it changes the pronunciation.
Though, if it were a choice, I'd prefer Lyla. I'm in the minority on that one because of the Y, but I think it leaves no question as to the pronunciation. At least the H on Lilah possibly gives a clue that it's like the end of Delilah and not Lee-la.

Lila. Simple and streamlined.
I would pronounce Liala lee-ah-luh.
agreee:)
As a standalone name I prefer Lila.
As a nickname for Delilah I prefer Lilah.
I wouldn't pronounce the third one the same way as pp have mentioned.
agreed!
Lila.
I tend to think the spelling with the least amount of letters is not only usually the most proper, but the prettiest.

Lila, for sure. I'm not a fan of throwing in extra letters just because people think it looks 'pretty'.
The third option looks completely made up and I don't think anyone would know how to pronounce it.
Lilah.
