Do you like them? Hate them? Worth the $20? I kind of hate the paper ones, they get stuck to my nips, then feel like they are peeling my skin off!

Anyhow, saw them at Target and wonder if I should invest. And do you only need one set?

I found them to be bulky, and a waste of money. The best $13 I ever spent was buying the silicone breastshields for my pump instead of using the hard plastic ones. After switching I never once had dry or cracked nipples and never had to use any kind of lanolin cream, etc. If you pump, I would say to give those a try before the LilyPadz.
