Help!!!!

My best friend is pregnant about 19 weeks and a few days ago she thinks she pulled something in her stomach. It's been hurting her for a few days now and she has no idea what to do. She tried calling her doctor and they haven't called her back. Does she need to go to the hospital or wait for a call back from the doctor?

If Doctor doesn't call back, safer than sorry go to the hospital.

Hopefully her doctor calls her back soon! hope everything is ok

it could be round ligament pain! I got it horriblely around taht time but i would still go to the dr. i went to the er and they wouldnt even see me, they sent me straight to the womens clinic

Just an FYI you should tell her that a doc who doesn't call back QUICKLY is a bad sign.  My OB's office has a policy that after hours they will ALWAYS call you within 20 minutes,  if they do not you are supposed to call back.

This. Mine is within a half hour but I wouldn't be happy with a doctor's office that didn't have after hours help available.
