zantac and toots?

we started zantac last night for reflux...has had two doses now, so obviously way too early to see an effect.  But today she has been tooting so loud I can hear her across the room.  just a coincidence or anyone else relate this to zantac?

DD has been very gassy since starting Zantac. She doesn't seem to be in any pain from it so I haven't worried about it.
