LO sounds congested, normal?

So my LO is 3 weeks today and for a while now he sounds congested. Keeps making the kh kh sound. Only when awake, never when sleeping. I tried the infant nasal saline drops and I used the bulb to suction them out. But there was nothing, and there's never anything in his nose. We have a humidifier going at all times. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I need to worry and contact his pedi before our appointment next week. Anyone else have this issue?

Sounds normal.  I've heard the Nosefrieda is good at sucking out what you can't see, though, if you want to try that!

Yes, this is totally normal.  DS is often congested...it almost sounds like a cold sometimes.  We just had our 2 month appt a few days ago, and the nurse told us to do exactly what you are doing with the saline drops & bulb.
