anyone use All Free & Clear detergent

I've heard this is really good for sensitive skin. We usually use Tide, but All is so much less expensive. I wondered if anyone has used it, and how well it does on stains.  I have two boys, and their clothes are always a mess. We use Shout spray, but also need a good detergent.

Oh - has anyone used the dryer balls instead of dryer sheets. I have rough clothes and static cling, but I know dryer sheets aren't the best for sensitive skin.

 Thanks!

  • I love All Free & Clear...and use a few tennis balls in the dryer instead of dryer sheets.

  • I have no problems with stains.  I actually have a toughter time getting out DH's stains than DS's...lol.

I use All Free & Clear with liquid fabric softener.  I either use Purex Sensitive skin or Downy Sensitive skin.  For stains I use Oxy Clean gel spray and in whites I use Oxy Clean Free powder as a booster in the laundry.

As soon as something gets a stain I douse it in Oxy Clean spray.  I have had poop underwear come out stain-free.

  • We use All Free & Clear.  I really like it.  If I have a wicked stain that I think might give us trouble getting out in the regular wash I use Shout or Oxy Clean.  They both seem to work equally well.  And it is nice because it goes on sale a lot, and double that with a coupon and it's a great deal!
  • I use all free and clear. I like it and use shout for tough stains. My mom uses it and shes allergic to all other brands of laundry detergent.

  • I have to use ALL free and clear at work because of actors with sensitive skin. We wash clothes nearly every day, and even simple sweat stains and food particles don't always come off. We end up shouting EVERYTHING.  I would rather buy Tide free and clear and get everything out the first time, but I'm not in charge of supplies! :(
  • I use all free & clear and haven't had any problems getting stains out.  I have very sensitive skin and can't handle Tide of any kind.

  • All Free & Clear bothered my skin also and I didn't think it did that great of a job on stains.   I ended up switching to Charlie's detergent. (you can buy it online) and that stuff is WONDERFUL!  Cleans the clothes amazing, and no perfume smell.  It cut back on my static electricity enough so that my dryer balls take care of all the static.  I love my blue dryer balls, they cut my drying time down by almost 25% or so.
