Great new application for health conscious moms!

I was planning on visiting my sister in Fort Smith, Arizona next week for a family get away, but I just found out it's the most affected U.S. city by incidences of flu.  I used this great Wheresflu mobile application that tracks the top 5 cities affected by the flu.  My little guy has already had the flu once this year and I'm nervous his immune system might not be able to handle being exposed again, so I'm delaying my travel plans for a little bit. 

 

The Wheresflu app is a free download and so helpful, I'm keeping my distance from the flu this year!
