I need motivation

I ussually post mainly on 6-9months- but I really need some motivation.  I am still on mat leave and have 3-4 months left to lose the last of the baby weight (about 10lbs)  I have a membership to the Y and yet I find it so hard to motivate myself to go.  I mean I could easily go everyday but I am just not into running on a treadmill for an hour by myself.  Does anyone else feel this way?  I will never have this kind of opportunity to work out once I go back to work- so what is wrong with me?

  • my motivation is trying to get back down to my prepregnancy size. just keep thinking about that! i have 30lbs to go lol long way!! good luck!!!
