I will have my anatomy scan in a little over a week. I am convinced this is a boy because this pregnancy has been so diffrent than my first. With DD all my weight started in my rear and then stomach, no morning sickness, but I was really mean.

With this pregnancy I was sick for 3 months, I lost weight in the beginning, and I don't have a care in the world attitude.

My question if your pregnancies were different are you having a different sex?

My doc told me that each pregnancy is different and just because the symptoms are different doesn't mean they're a different sex.

That being said, I am hoping for a girl this time around, and have my fingers crossed that there's truth to that because this pregnancy is completely opposite to my pregnancy with DS.

My pregnancy is fairly similar to my first, however, my m/s was 10X worse. I look the same/gaining the same/carry the same. Had a boy the first time, and having a girl this time.

My pregnancies have definitely been different, morning sickness was much worse this time, and I'm having DS#2!

I was MUCH sicker with my girls, losing a incredible ammount of weight, and being sick the whole 9 months, with my DS and with this pregnancy, while I was very sick, it has let up for the most part, and I'm able to eat.

I had, and have a much bigger appetite with my boys than I did with my girls, but it could be because I was so sick with the girls.

There is a couple of other similarities, and while all of my pregnancies have been different, I would say that my girls were more similar and my boys have been more similar.

Not enough to predict what I was having though.

Pregnancies have been different, with a few similarities. Have a DD and going to have another!

My SIL had the exact opposite pregnancy from when pg w/ her DD. She was convinced it was a boy. It was another girl!!!

Everything about this pregnancy is completely different than my last pregnancy. I am having another boy.

I have 1 boy and 1 girl and now I'm having another girl. I looked bigger with DS, but all my pregnancies have been pretty similar otherwise. I thought DD #1 was a boy bc my PG was so similar. I was way more nauseous with this one (DD#2),but I did not have full blown m/s, luckily. But, really I have had no other differences in my boy/girl PGs.

Thanks ladies.... it doesn't matter the sex of this baby, but I would really like for DD to have a sister and not be the only girl. I guess from your experiences I will have to wait and see.

i have 3 boys and each time i swore it was a girl because the pregnancies were different. But this time around it is a girl..and pregnancy was of course different as far as the food I craved. With the boys i wanted meat and fast food..this time, forget the meal just give me icecream and candy
