2 month old drooling?

DS is 8 weeks old and a couple of days he started drooling. It gets all over him. I have to keep a bib on him constantly. Is this normal? Is he going to start teething soon?.

yes! our LO has started drooling (and spitting up) a lot more as well.

Same here. Our pedi said at DD's 2-month appointment that this is when their salivary glands kick in and that the drooling is normal (and not related to teething in my girl's case). DD has also been spitting up clear fluid occasionally - extra saliva that she's swallowed.

OMG me too! I had to saturate DS's ENTIRE outfit yesterday with Dreft stain spray because I'm pretty certain that spit up hit every inch of it Stick out tongue

This. Is pretty normal from what I understand.

Yep! Drool monkey here, too. He's also sucking on and jamming his entire fist into his mouth all the time. Combine that with the spitting up because he has reflux and there isn't a dry bib in the house!
