For those of you that have to have a special or a favorite diaper for night time (I do b/c DS is a very heavy wetter), how many of them do you have?
I am a cheapie and try to get by with the bare minimum of most things in my life.
I'm probably going to buy a GM GN from another bumpie and am curious about buying more (b/c I just found one on spots as well) ? but we haven?t tried it yet so not sure if I want to buy a 2nd one just yet.
DH was impressed with the Kawaii heavy wetter pocket diaper this week. We?ve tried it only 2 times so far and it seems to have done the job; however, the first night DH just randomly decided to change DS?s diaper in the middle of the night even though he hadn?t leaked ? so we didn?t get to see if it would truly go 12+ hours. He wants to buy more, and I have no complains since it?s only $7.75 new.

First off?..your DS is so adorable!!! (But you know that J )
Well, I will say that as of right now we are happy with the Kawaii heavy wetter. DH didn?t let us get the full effect in hours out of the diaper the first night we used it and the second night we used it, it held?.all without a wool or fleece cover.
However last night the Kawaii was dirty so we used our new RAR with the 1 MF and 1 MF doubler. HUGE fail!!! We didn?t put a cover on it either and DS woke up at 1 am sopping wet all the way up to his neck (had been in it since 7:30 pm). So tonight I look forward to using the Kawaii again.
I however am baffled that the Kawaii actually worked b/c when we were using FB and BG 3.0?s we were using the MF insert and 2 joey bunz hemp inserts and got leaks a lot of times (usually just onto the wool or fleece, but sometimes enough to change his clothes in the night). It baffles me that two thick MF inserts seem, so far, to hold more than 1 MF and 2 hemp. But time will tell ? and I hope they continue to work.
If they do work, you can?t beat the price at $7.75 new!!!!

I haven't actually used my CDs yet, so I'm no help with suggestions, but I'm interested to see what ppl say.
We have 4 sbish snapless and one MSO as a backup. I haven't had to use the MSO in a while because the laundry gets done every other, or third day at the latest.
Thanks! And thanks for the advice!
