Phil & Teds or Chariot?

I have a Cougar 1, but only the bike attachment will transfer, I'd have to buy a new jogger wheel.  The P&T looks more comfortable for a newborn, but I can't hook up to the bike.  Also the P&T looks like I could use it easier in public and fold up in the car easier.

Any recs?
