GTT Vent

So I had my 1 hr test on Friday 2/4.  At my following appointment, 2/9, I was told they didn't have any results yet. I called on 2/14 and was told that I passed with flying colors.  In fact, I was told that my number was very low.  At this time, I was also told my iron was low and that a midwife would be calling me back about a supplement.

Now, the only complaint I've had about my practice is that the nurse doesn't communicate with the midwife.  Therefore, I don't expect a call back unless something is REALLY wrong.

Fast forward to my appointment this morning.  Apparently the nurse is an idiot.  I didn't pass my test (136, the consider passing 135) and should have ALREADY done my 3 hr test.  And the low iron that needs a supplement you ask?  My iron was 0.1 below what they like to see and my MW agrees that it was the result of me having the flu that week and not being able to take my prenatal (it was making me sick trying to swallow it).

I guess this is more of a vent about the nurse than the gtt.  I'm just really annoyed that I was given blatantly wrong information.  And I've already spoken to the midwife about the fact that they allow the nurses to screen blood results and only pass on what they feel is important.  From now on, any test I have done will be passed directly to the midwife in the office.
