Returning diapers?

Has anyone been able to return a box of diapers that has been opened and some used?

 We usually use Luvs (after using Pampers and Huggies that leaked all the time!) MIL gave us a box of Huggies "leak-proof", because she doesn't like how Luvs "feels".

We opened the box to apease her, but I'm sick. Just today I have had two leaks where I have had to change his entire outfit and bathe him. And at least a leak a day for the past week.

I was thinking of contacting Huggies, but don't know what they'd do?

Can you get the receipt from her? Where did she purchase them? If you had the receipt then I'd attempt to return them.

Probably depends on where she bought them and if she has the receipt or not.

I guess I can have DH ask her. For some reason, she loves Huggies, so I can see her making a deal about us wanting to return them!

If you can't return them, you should consider donating them to a women's shelter. They always need things like that.

Good idea. Any idea how to find one? I also have some formula I could donate too.

You should be abe to find it in the phone book or you could contact your local police department or any of the welfare type offices would probably know also.
