How Many OZ. Formula is UR 3 Week Old Eating?

Just trying to compare....

My little girl is a hungry one....she's been on 3 oz. Enfamil Premium every 3 hours for the past week and I feel like she wants. 

 Any 3 weekers on 4 oz formula every 3 hours yet ?

My older daughter was on 4 oz at three weeks.  This one is taking 2.5-3oz every three hours at 2.5 weeks.  Feed her what she wants  

 ETA:  My older daughter started doing a longer stretch of sleep at night (5-6 hours)when she was three weeks and eating the four ounces.

When A was 3 weeks she was eating about 3oz every 3-4 hours. Now she's up to 3.5oz and she's satisfied with that on the same amount of time (3-4 hours, with one 5 hour stretch at night).

I know breastmilk is different, but my 2 weeker was not gaining enough weight on 3 oz of breastmilk - She is now on 4 oz of breastmilk and 1 oz of formula unless she wants more.

My boy is almost 4 weeks now and he drinks about 3-4 oz of breastmilk or a combination on 2 and 2 with formula..he has a cold right now and doesn't take well to my breast so I have to pump...

My son will be 3 weeks on Saturday and we just got the go-ahead from the doctor to move him up to 3.5 or 4 ounces depending on what he wants. She suggested that if we go to 4 ounces we try to get him on an every 4 hour schedule. My son weighs 9.4 pounds now was 7.13 at birth. If you are concerned definitely talk to your pediatrician!
