This is my first post, I am new to this. My baby girl has been sleeping in her stroller rolled up next to our bed every night since she came home (today she is 6wks). I have been trying to get her to sleep in her crib but she does not like it. I think it could be because it feels so big to her and open? anyone have any ideas?
Re: sleeping habits
yes new babies love to sleep near mom, it is instinctual for them (a 1000 years ago you weren't safe unless you were with mom). have you tried having the crib in the same room as you? that may help the transition, and it makes night waking easier.

Little Rose is 2 1/2.
It may also be because the crib mattress is flat and the stroller has an incline. You may want to try other smaller flat sleeping spaces to really get a good idea of the reason. We have a Snuggle Nest that goes between us in bed. I'm thinking once she is ready to leave our room (not for some time) that I'll move the Snuggle Nest to her crib.
