1. As your host, what kind of nice, warm drink may I offer you? I would love an egg nog latte, but sadly, that festive ship has sailed.
2. Do you have a lot of snow at your house? Yes. I can't see my lawn.
3. What's your overall feeling on snow? Ever since I came back from college, I have hated it -- mostly people's inability to handle it on this side of the state.
4. Rank the four seasons in order of preference. Fall (YES, I have been converted!), spring, summer, winter. (Side note: If we're ONLY talking about the Christmas season, I would put winter first.)
5. What is your favorite snowy-day activity? Staying inside where it's warm and baking something fabulous.
6. What season of your wardrobe do you love the most? Fall; I love when you can wear sweaters and fun scarves and not feel that without 651 layers on, you will die of frostbite.
7. If you could be somewhere else right now, where would it be? On a beach in Hawaii.
8. What is something you need to do today that so isn't happening? Go to the post office.
9. What is something you will get done today? Lots of laundry folding. DH is working from home today so he's going to be helping. He just doesn't know it yet.
10. Have you ever lived somewhere with copious amounts of snow? Pullman for four years. It once started snowing in MAY as I came out of a final in shorts and a t-shirt. I started bawling. It was a long walk home.

7. If you could be somewhere else right now, where would it be? Snorkeling right off the deck of my overwater bungalow in Bora Bora. With a few drinks waiting for me on deck.

10. Have you ever lived somewhere with copious amounts of snow? I lived my first 30 years in the Chicago suburbs, and we had quite a few winters of blizzards and lots of snow. That would by why I miss it! (However, I do not miss the summers there.)

2. Do you have a lot of snow at your house? No. Am I bitter? Yes. I want a snow day too!! I had all these plans that involved playing in the snow with my little potomus, but no go. Thanks a lot, King 5 meteorologists. You ruined my day! =(
3. What's your overall feeling on snow? This reaction is somewhat disturbing to me. Usually, I hate the snow. But since I don't have to drive in it, it felt like I was a kid again. All I wanted to do was play in the snow all day.

5. What is your favorite snowy-day activity? Before baby, it was building really large phallic snow sculptures for the rest of the neighborhood to enjoy. Now, snowmen/sledding would be fun. I also love drinking hot cocoa after playing in the snow.
6. What season of your wardrobe do you love the most? I love my fall/winter wardrobe right now, but that is because it allows me to hide better. When I am thin, I love my summer wardrobe.
7. If you could be somewhere else right now, where would it be? Hawaii. This time, last year, I was in Hawaii....
8. What is something you need to do today that so isn't happening? Laundry. I can finally see the end in sight, but I am out of gas. I can't wait until we don't have to use shared/pay laundry facilities. It sucks not having our own W/D!

10. Have you ever lived somewhere with copious amounts of snow? The second year I lived in Spokane, we had TONS of snow until April. It really sucked. Luckily, we lived really close to campus, so I didn't need to drive anywhere.

3. What's your overall feeling on snow? I think it's pretty and I like it, especially when it gives me days off work to hang out at home with E (which is not today).
