Anniversary question...

Hi everyone,

Today is our 4th (dating) anniversary and I would like to get DH something small since I have my birthday coming up on Tuesday and his 5 days after and too much money has been spent already gifts and activities...

Any ideas?

Sorry, I'm no help. We never celebrated out "dating anniversary." We got married within a year and just celebrate our wedding anniversary.

How about making a nice dinner?  I'm not much help either since my DH only ever wants video games so he's pretty easy to shop for.

we acknowledge the anniversary of our first date - but usually just with a card - assuming i remind Dh.  We have gone out to dinner and just used that as an excuse.  maybe a restaurant gift certificate, or just make plans at his favorite place

We just celebrated our 14th dating anniversary and I wanted to re-create our first date, so I bought the DVD of the movie we went to see and filled up a bag of movie candy and popcorn. I think DH was really touched and we had fun watching the movie because 14 years ago we were in high school and just made out the whole time!

Yeah, my suggestion was going to be to try and redo your first date!
