Hey!  I'm making my own wrap out of cotton gauze.  I was reading your instructions and was confused by some things.  What types of multi-layer carries should I try?  I don't know the names of any - and I'm not even sure what a multi layer is.  Sorry if that sounds stupid!

Also - what should I do about wrapping to avoid pressure points?  I ve never heard of this  before.  Thanks!
