Re: cramps :(

  • I don't have any advice, but I feel for you.   I have been noticing this happens to me although, mostly on one side.  I notice it at work the most.  Take it easy tonight and just rest and relax.  Hope you feel better soon.

  • Could it be pains because you need to poop? I've had some serious pains when I need to go recently.

  • i have had constant achy pains on my right side for the past week - it is higher up int he middle - tolerable, but when i move i feel lit  a lot.  I thought it was too high up, but my trainer says it is hip pain, even up there.  As our hips are starting to move (at least a little) in preparation for birth, perhaps that is what you are feeling.

I was wondering this too.  Mine are up high right around my ribcage when it's poo-related (either because I need to go or gas).  For me, going for a little walk helps with those pains...but they usually don't go away completely till I've relieved myself.
