Returning pacifiers to BRU?

So we are trying to find a pacifier that DD would like and I would like to try a couple more - but I hate spending the money and then having her not like it.

Do you know if you can return pacifers to BRU?

  • If they've been opened, no, you can't return them.

  • Open and used pacifiers?  Of course not.

This is one of those things where you just have to buy 1 of several brands and know that some of them will go to waste.  We saved all of our unused (or used once) pacis from DS and resterilized them to try them with DD so they did become handy once again. We also sterilized a few and passed them on to close friends who didn't mind a paci that had been tried just once or twice with DS.

    DS - June 2009
    DD - February 2011

This is a great idea. We have friends who are having a baby in a month.

And it's not that I expect them to sell them after they are used - but can I have my money back!?! Hahaha :-)

  • I had to return one because there was a hole in it.  It was there when I opened the package.  I didn't put the hole in it....I promise!!  Smile

They returned it for me, and I bought another one. By the way, I was told the stores send opened/damaged returns back to the manufacturer for credit, so no they don't resell most of the things that get returned opened.  Good luck with finding a good one.  It's tough and can get expensive.  I've spent my share of money trying to find the right one and not sure if I've found it yet!!

I like the idea of passing them on!
