I bought used for $50 - and then I got it in the mail and fell in love so I ordered a new pair of a different style off their website. Now I am having buyers remorse and praying they will let me cancel my order....but I have not heard back.

Speaking of... I bought a pair used on spots and received them yesterday. I was surpised that there is no crankypants tag or anything. Those who have crankypants, is there a tag? I want to make sure I didn't just pay $50 for a knockoff.

Oh wow! I love the sock monkey one...but $80??? I know hand made is worth more, but that's insane.
What do they go for used?
I have bought several pairs. My custom Crankys were $50. A regular pair I bought was $45. I have a size small girly pair (that I'm saving for future baby) that I scored for $35. My Jolly Roger ones were $40. I see the regular ones listed often for $60 - the less expensive ones come around less frequently and go fast!

The tag on mine is just sewn on with a few stitches and I think it could easily come off!
It's very possible that these are real and the tag just fell off. But if that's what happened it should have been disclosed in the listing, KWIM? If I try to sell these in a couple months (they're smalls, and my boys will probably outgrow them fast), I will have to disclose that there's no tag, and I will take a big hit at resale because of it. And it's not like I got a great deal. I paid $50.
I have asked for a return.

Ah, gotcha. I keep hearing about ladies buying crankypants, but didnt realize they were off Spots. Makes more sense!
