Cramping and Bloating 5dp5dt

Or 5dpFET, which was w/ a day 5 or 6 blast. I had some AF-like cramps last night starting at like 5pm which stuck around, combined w/ major bloat, ALL night. And I still have the bloat today. Good or bad? Bbs are not sore AT ALL.

TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN :(
IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
Lap 7/21/10
IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!

 

James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!

    I really think it is a toss up. With my pregnancy in October the only symptoms I had were (TMI) white discharge and extreme thirst. No bloat, no cramps, no sore boobs.

    During our IVF cycle I was bloated beyond belief, had severe cramping from 2dp5dt on and nothing.

    I had wicked cramping when I was pg. I kept thinking it was Flo. I'd take it as a good sign Wink

    The ONLY time I have had cramping was w my IVF transfer...so for me it was a good sign.  GOOD LUCK!

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins!

    Patchen I am feing the same way 5dpt6dt. I think it's a good sign. I remember feeling this way last BFP. Sending you lots of baby dust!!

    IUIs: Gonal-F + Ovidrel + b2b IUI= BFNs
    IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    I hope it is a good sign!  FWIW, I cramped on 8dpo (think it might have been implantation cramping now) and have cramped since 10dpo (when I got my first faint faint bfp).  I didn't get sore boobs until a week later.  Hope yours turns out the same!

    with my bfp i had cramping for a couple of days about 3 to 5 days after transfer, so i hope it is a good sign for you!

    I had AF cramps and bloating up until my beta and after too...I thought for sure AF was coming.

    My breasts didn't get tender until after I was 6 weeks.

    I think this is a good sign!  I have my fingers crossed for you!

    I am still having cramping-sometimes pretty intense-everything I've been reading is that it is normal-and possibly a good sign (I kept thinking it meant AF was coming, and even now I have trouble believing it is a good thing)!

    Cramps started this cycle 2dp5dt and were their worst 5dp. Sore boobs didnt start for a couple weeks post transfer and even now they are mostly just sore right when I wake up in the am.

    Fingers crossed for you, Patchen!

    Edit: the bloat for me started after transfer and never really went away!

    My transfer take home sheet said that cramping can be a sign of the uterine muscles expanding due to implanted embryo.  I had + have some cramping while currently prg. at 14dp5dt.
