Not eating Veggies now?

I give LO fruit in the morning and veggies at night. for almost 2 months this hasn't been a problem. She was eating both just fine. Then for about a week she has not wanted to eat her veggies at night. I want to make sure she gets both a day. What do you ladies think I should do?

Hunter HATES green peas. Last night I mixed 2 cubes of apples and 1 cube of green peas together (sounds so gross!), and he ate it like it was the best stuff ever. So you might try mixing a little fruit in with the veggies and then slowly decreasing the amount of fruit until you're back to all veggie.
