Babysitter help?

If you read my post below you've probably figured out that I need to start the process of looking for someone to watch Carter.  I really only need 1-2 days per week from 2-5:30 right now.  Does anyone have any recommendations of someone in Northern Kentucky that you would trust to send your child/children to?  I've never had to deal with this and I know we're fortunate for that, but I don't even know where to begin with the process.

I'm so sorry you and your family are going through this.  I know it's never easy, but I'm sure with everything being so sudden, you're all struggling even more.  Know that you're in my prayers!

As far as a babysitter goes, when our original sitter backed out on me right before I went back to work, I posted an ad on Craigslist.  I was really leery of this, but I actually heard from some great people.  In the end, I found someone by posting an ad in our church bulletin, and it ended up being someone I already knew.  I'd post something on FB, ask around, and post an ad on CL.  Get the word out as much as you can, and hopefully someone you know will know someone.  Good luck!  I know this is the last thing you want to worry about right now.
