On Monday I was wearing DD in a reinforced kangaroo carry while on a walk with a friend of mine. We walked past an ice cream shop (without stopping, no less!) and a little boy who was maybe 5 was sitting with his mom and sister and yelled out,

"Look, Mom! She has a baby in her belly!" 

It was pretty hilarious watching the mom try to explain to her son how she was on the outside not on the inside.
