chapped cheeks?

my LO is all red around his cheeks, and he's getting what look like zits.  it looks irritated   when he eats and falls asleep he drools a little and i think this is the problem.

anyone have any suggestions?  i try to dry his cheeks after feeding, but it doesn't seem to be enough.

My little one has the exact same thing and it is Eczema. We use Aveeno Eczema Cream for babies. It is the same exact ingredients as the adult but it is a little cheaper.

We put vaseline on LO's cheeks at night if they're looking red. They're nice and smooth in the morning.

I love the arbonne baby lotion. It has really helped us.
