Adi sweats a lot on his head, especially at night. If I put a hat on him, he sweats so much it's uncomfortable for him. If he's lying next to me, and I have my arm by his head, it sweats a lot. Some babies are just sweaty, I guess.

I know that this probably isnt the case if it's an isolated situation but a sweaty head and overly sweaty baby (esp. if they are clammy) is a sign of hypoglycemia. DS has a genetic condition that puts him at higher risk for hypoglycemia and one of the biggest warning signs we were told to watch out for was a sweaty head especially during feeding times.
OR your baby is just sweaty which is more likely than not...just thought I would share since hypoglycemia is more common than realized and many people don't know any of the signs and obviously a baby cant tell you "I don't feel good I think my blood sugar might be low" lol
Yes! Ava's head sweats every time I am feeding her when her head rests agains my arm. She always has, I've always figured its because off all that hair she has.The rest of her doesn't feel feverish at all.
