Could this be mild OHSS? help?

Several days ago my ovaries started hurting and I got weird pain and stomach ache under my ribs. It started to hurt so bad this weekend I called my general doc. I did not know I was pregnant at that time. I couldn't get in to see her for several days and the nurse said if it is unbearable go to the ER otherwise take Zantac.

 Well I got my BFP today so I started wondering does OHSS feel like your guts are twisting and pinching way up high? It is worse when I eat or drink. I thought maybe I was constipated but I am pooing. Any insight? I called the RE office today and just got a beta drawn and the nurse said if I still hurt Thursday to go in for an ultra sound but that is it.

Could be lots of things, but OHSS definately is one of the options.  Did you do IVF?  Did the RE talk about your risk factors?  Have you gained any weight?  I think the biggest indication of OHSS is how much you are bloating / fluid retention in your stomach.  I really hope this isn't for you, I have OHSS and it suuuuuucks!
