Middle name for Nathan or Nathaniel

DH and I are still up in the air on names. We are leaning more towards Nathan or Nathaniel. We have no middle names picked out. What are some of your suggestions that would go well with these names? TIA.
June 2010 - IVM
July 2, 2010- BFP Beta July 5th - 931 Repeat beta July 7th - 2,779
July 13, 2010- First ultrasound! Gestational sac found!
July 16, 2010 - 2nd u/s due to bleeding. Twins found! Baby A is great! Praying for Baby B!
July 23, 2010 - 3rd u/s. Saw Baby A's flicker of a heartbeat! Lost Baby B. :-(
March 16, 2011 - Nathan James was born
November 26, 2012 - surprise BFP! It's a girl!
July 26, 2013 - Lilianna Jean was born

I love James as a MN but DH doesn't want to use it since it is part of his name. IDK why, but he doesn't want DS to have his name in his.

DH was almost a Nathaniel. His MN is Douglas. It works great with his FN now, but I think it sounds nice with Nathaniel and Nathan, too.
FWIW, I prefer Nathan to Nathaniel, but I love the NN Nate either way.

Jess & Adam, married 2009, precious Audrey born in 2011. BFP 1/6/13, 6-wk MMC discovered at 9 wks 2/11/13. D&C 2/18/13, second D&C 4/23/13 for retained placenta.
BFP 8/24/13!! EDD 5/1/14, delivered healthy and sweet Zoey Leanne on 5/5/14 by repeat c-section.

I'd been lobbying for Nathaniel Owen.
I also like Nathaniel James and Nathaniel Thomas. I'm not a huge fan of Nathan, but I think Nathan Charles is lovely.
