I am 3dpiui after an injectables cycle and had my progesterone checked this morning and it came back a 12.  They told me this is fine and I dont need to take supplements.  Does that sound low to you?

I think in general doctors like to see a p4 of 15+ when medicated. Though thats not real low, I would probably ask why they don't think supps are necessary. Maybe you can insist on it anyway?

Having your progesterone drawn at 3dpiui doesn't make any sense. Progesterone peaks at 7dpo and that number determines if you need help or not. They like to see at least 10 on non-medicated and 15 on medicated cycle. I would call back and ask your doc.

Yea after re-reading your post, I was going to ask that too. Why are you having a p4 draw so early? 3dpiui is a too early to tell anything. Like pp said, needs to be 7dpo.  So, since it is so early, its probably going to go up some more. Ask why you had it done early and to have it done again at 7dpo

They probably adjusted for the fact that they drew levels at 3dpiui, and figure at 7dpiui they'd be well above the # they like to see.

I had a 4.7 on a Clomid only cycle 4dpo and they were fine with it.
