I just got an email from a coworker that has had NOTHING to do with my maternity leave planning who now wants to sit down to discuss my new employee and her responsibilities while I am out. She is not my supervisor and my programs were moved out of her direction over a year ago.
One miscommunication about staffing an event this weekend by another employee has brought this on. The same staffer is a grown woman who has put on this event the last 5 years! I've backed off since baby can come ANYTIME and I didn't do squat last year when I "helped"! Watch, I'll end up being at this event Saturday
