I used it both times after my 2 success IUI's. Not sure if that was what helped me get BFP both times- but I felt like I wanted to try everything possible to help with implantation.
Not sure about it being safe after a transfer- I had an IUI done, but not sure how different it would be with an IVF.

Bromelain is in pinapple core so I ate that, and the only cycle I got a BFP was the cycle I ate pinapple core so who knows. I don't know when I started and stopped eating it, wish I could remember for this time around my ET is on sat. I'm going to get a pinapple today but not sure how much or how long to eat it. About to go and google. I also read that recent studies show walnuts help with implantation too, I figure it won't hurt to try? Good luck.

I would be comfortable with a pineapple core smootie, but for me, avoid supplements my RE didnt give me, there is too much potential for issues with a supplement
