NBR: Need OB rec for practice with Nurse Midwives in Chicago

I am trying to find a new OB practice to start going to that has Nurse Midwives in their group in Chicago.  I live on the North side of Chicago and ideally am looking for a group that has privilages either at Northwestern or Swedish Covenant.  I am posting this on the Chicago board as well but thought I would check with my main group first.  Thanks!

I would call Swedish Covenent because their OBs are really good about working with midwives, in fact you might want to go to their discussion that they are having, I think it is this weekend.  Check the Meetup group Mom In The City, they have it posted as a meetup for members.

I had my son with the midwife group through Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group.  I would definitely recommend them!

I delivered at Swedish with the MWs and had a wonderful experience.  We are planning to move to the burbs before our next baby, but I'm still thinking I will drive to the city to see them.  They were that good!

I used the midwives with Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group and they were great.  I would highly recommend any of them.
