Nausea kicked in full board last Thursday and it's not a lot of fun. However, I have started to realize that getting in a good hour long workout actually seems to kick the nausea to the curb. It's the oddest thing! I worked out in the AM Friday and Saturday and was tired, but not sick the rest of the day. Sunday and Monday were both evening workouts and I was sick all day until after hitting the gym.
I find that the sicker I feel during the workout, the better I tend to feel afterwards. Anyone else have this happen to them? I'm not complaining, but it totally caught me off guard - in a good way!
Re: Workout ladies - anyone else experiencing this?
I'm 7 weeks and 4 days too and I've noticed the same thing. If I get up and go for a walk or workout I feel much better than just laying on the couch watching TV.
I have been pretty lucky b/c I haven't had a lot of nausea until this past weekend, so I was trying a bunch of different things to try to kick the feeling.
Good Luck to you!
I actually hauled my very tired self into the gym this morning at 5:30am to get in a quick treadmill workout before work. I still had about an hour of nausea this morning, but *knock on wood*, I seem to be good now. I'm sooo not a super early morning workout person, but I'm going to try it all this week and if it consistently helps, then I guess I know what I'll be doing every weekday morning until the 2nd Tri.

Yes! It makes a HUGE difference!
I noticed this early on and it's been my secret weapon ever since. Yesterday I woke up with a bit of a cold, so I didn't work out in the morning and I felt terrible all day. I couldn't eat anything.
This morning on the other hand? I got in a great workout and I feel amazing. In maddition to the m/s, my hormones seem to have me going 100 miles a minute or completely dead, no energy at all. I find that the workout helps me lean toward the 100 miles a minute outlook

I've only had waves of nausea, and I haven't experienced any tiredness yet. So I'm still running, just not as far. I've backed it down from 5 miles to 3.5-4 miles.
*Keeping my fingers crossed it stays this way.*
Me too - I feel much worse the days that I don't get a good workout for most of my symptoms. I read about it being a benefit of working out while pregnant!
