Lost for words

I still follow Smoodle's (a.k.a. Busted Babymaker's) blog (https://bustedbabymaker.blogspot.com).  Today she linked to the blog of another woman who just lost her precious son.  So very, very sad.  I am all teary at work.  Please keep this mother and her family in your thoughts/prayers. 

It just made me think about how fortunate we all are that our babies are healthy and alive.   Every time they fuss, or wake up in the middle of the night, or spit up all over our clean clothes, we are SO blessed.  I can't wait to go home and hug and kiss my precious miracle.

Yeah, it was Isaac.  I didn't get on the board much yesterday due to meetings.

I read about him too. It is so sad, and hard to imagine that they knew all along they wouldn't get to spend much time with their baby. They are definitely in my thoughts and prayers right now.

I do try to tell myself how blessed I am when I'm up in the middle of the night still. I love him to pieces and know that there are people out there that have it much, much worse than I do.
