My pics are uploading so slow. I am a snapfish girl but I got a GC I want to use for shutterfly. Why is it so slow?

Shutterfly took 42 minutes to upload 36 pics for a book I made.......misery. Its just slow............................................... =(

I will say that I like the shutterfly books better than snapfish. I think the quality is better.
