WFD this week?

Yesterday is my usual meal planning/grocery shopping day but we were too busy. So, what are you having for dinner this week? I need some inspiration...I know we will be having steak fajitas w/ beans & rice and buffalo chicken wraps w/ baked sweet potato fries but I've got no ideas other than that!

  • This is what I've planned: breakfast, hamburgers, shredded bbq chicken sandwiches, meatloaf, spaghetti & meatballs, and carnitas burritos.

    I halved it since I don't need 10 servings.  But I wish I had made the full recipe!  It smelled so yummy while it was cooking. Stick out tongue

  • We are on the 4 hour body diet, so my dinner plans this week are not that exciting.  Tonight we had steak fajitas without the tortillas, cheese, sour cream (i.e. the good stuff) and refried beans on the side.  Tomorrow we are doing steaks with sauteed mushrooms, asparagus and garlic.  Wednesday we are having pinto beans and ham.  Thursday we are having chicken soup from scratch.  Friday we are having a pork loin roast with a veggie.  Saturday is our cheat day allowed once a week (thank God!) I'm already planning on having Rio Grande or Chilli's b/c I want chips and salsa.  Depending on my cravings this week on what I can't have when I really want it usually will create our menu for Saturday.  
  • Ummm...I think I'm supposed to be on a diet but I simply like cooking and eating food too much...soooooo....

    Monday: Stuffed Chicken Marsala

    Tuesday: Roasted Potato and Leek Soup

    Wednesday: Royal Thai Chicken with Broccoli

    Thursday: Hamburger Helper (yeah, look...I don't cook from scratch *every* day!)

    Friday: Sweet Asian Chicken with Broccoli

    Saturday/Sunday: Leftovers, Parent's/IL's House

  • Tonight we had confetti beef skillet, but I made it with ground turkey.

    At some point this week we are having

    pork roast in the crockpot with sweet potatoes (a new recipe....hope it turns out better than last week's new crock pot recipe!!!)
