NBR: Dumb Question re:Water/Sewer

Why is our water/sewer highest in February?  I looked back over the last three years and that's consistent.  I have never paid water/sewer before, so I am sure it's a dumb question =)

    The billing period was longer... like 39 days or something? I was confused too until I looked at how long the billing period was.

    Are you Warren County? It looks like it is always two months for us... I am just so confused, I thought summer would be more expensive.

    Ours was more this time, too.  I am also scratching my head.  We know we have no leaks or drips, and we are obviously not watering grass, so I have no idea.  Maybe it is possible that they have raised the rates?
