    And funny you mention that, because it arrived about an hour ago and was going to page you at lunch, but you beat me to it!  Thank you so much - and for the additional Menopur surprise!

    I really hope this cycle is it for us and I can hopefully do the same for someone else.  Again - thank you so, so much!
