Aluminum Chloride Solution

Anyone use CertainDry or Drysol?  Can you keep using these in pregnancy? I googled, but only found "Talk to your healthcare provider"  TIA

the concern with aluminum is in large amounts it can cause some bone malformations, but that is with super high doses. I am sure it is safe, but I will look in my books Monday at work for you to see if there are any teratogenic effects with topical application. my personal opinion, is this is one of those things to not sweat.   (pun intended!)

do you have to use these products? is there a natural alternative? I haven't heard they are dangerous but maybe it's best to stay away, especially in the 1st tri?

thanks.  yes it is a serious antiperspirant.  I think the solution is a 20% solution.  I don't even use it everyday, but just before wearing certain clothes and big events, b/c I am a nervous sweater!!
