Vaccination with ear infection?

My friend just freaked me out with this long email how my DD shouldn't have been vaccinated yesterday b/c she has an ear infection.  She got her 15 mo. MMR and a flu shot.  Her MD thought it was OK.  I've read it's OK.  But now she's got me worried.  DD seems totally fine.

 Thoughts?

never heard of that one, they usually don't do it if your DC is sick but not an EI.

I was always told that they don't get their shots if they're sick, even if it's just a cold is what my Dr's office says. Not saying they're right or wrong, that's just what they do. If you're Dr's office is okay with it, then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
