Hayden has been getting grapes (cut into 1/4ths) since he wsa just over a year. Cutting it into pieces makes it a lot safer. I can cut them in 1/2 now because he knows to chew them.
We have not given him raisins yet. As for popcorn, I have given him a piece or two when I have eaten it but just small ones.
Grapes cut into 1/4ths probably since he was 15 months
Raisins within the last 4 months (he loved them, then I bought a bunch and then he decided he didn't like them anymore- figures).
Popcorn- No way. Way too paranoid to give him that. There was a story in my local newspaper of a 3 yr old choked to death on popcorn while at the movies. So no popcorn for N just yet.

I did raisins early, about 14 months or so, E never had issues with them, and honestly, it didnt occur to me that they might be a hazard. Once i knew, he had been eating them for a long time.
I still quarter grapes, as Ethan refuses to eat slowly, where i could be confident he would chew, instead, he always eats as if he is starving.
I have yet to give popcorn and I wont, for a very long time. It is way to easy to inhale a piece and I can't control that with little bites and supervision.

grapes = started at 12 months cut into fourths if small, sixths if big. Now that he's older (20 months) I just do fourths whatever the size.
raisins = hasn't had any plain but has had them in homemade oatmeal cookies
popcorn = not yet
Grapes, sliced in discs, since 14 months.
Raisins, not yet - but I have given him craisins, which he chews well and loves!

Grapes - since one year, torn apart.
Raisins, since about 18 months. She doesn't care for them, but would eat Craisins all the live long day if I let her.
Popcorn, she eats like crazy and has since 18 months. She's really good at chewing it up, and we don't let her eat it unattended.
