This doest sound the greatest to some but its sooo good.
Serve with tortilla chips, i prefer scoops!
Texas Caviar
1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained2 cans additional beans your choice, rinsed and drained1 red pepper, diced1 yellow pepper, diced1 orange or purple pepper, diced (you can use any combination or color)1 bunch celery diced1 large red or sweet onion, diced1 large can diced tomatoes (6-12 fresh roma tomato's can be added I remove seeds and just use the meat of the tomato)1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian dressingGarlic salt to taste (I use Lawery's) Drain all ingredients, rinse beans, dice veggies.Mix all ingredients together well with dressing and let set overnight.
If you zestier version you could add jalapeno peppers, cilantro, etc.... This make a really large batch to reduce the size you could eliminate one or two of the bean varieties and use half the veggies.
