Yes, I'm west coast. Yes, it's 4:30....go me.
I lost 1.5 lbs yay! I picked turbo jam back up (I finally got a sports bra that fits), it feels so great to be active again. Almost back to pre-pregnancy weight, but it isn't stopping there. I've almost lost 20 lbs since I started (16.9 currently).

Re: WW Weigh in
I did horribly this week. Again. I need someone to kick me in the butt right now.
I'm taking Sat. and Sun. off because DH and I are having a date weekend, but starting Monday I'm back on plan.
On the plus side, I'm down almost 70 lbs from my highest pregnancy weight. That had nothing to do with WW, though. I wish all weight loss was just waterweight and baby weight.
Unable to even.

::kick:: At least you're not giving up. I try and tell myself if I just keep trying and rededicating myself after a bad week, I'll finally get there. I have a long way to go as I was really overweight before I got pregnant.
Today is day 1 for me. I am 25 pounds over pre-pregnancy weight (horrified). I've managed to maintain the weight I was when I came home from the hospital. It's funny because I don't feel like I eat that poorly. And I EBF!
I'm nervous about hurting my supply so I'm going to aim to use my points in the healthiest way rather than saving them up and splurging on high calorie foods like I used to. And I probably will let myself eat all the extra points the first few weeks to see how it goes.
I'm bummed that I don't have any time to exercise; SO works evenings so I'm either working or with LO all day. Hopefully when the weather is consistantly nicer we can get into a routine of going for walks after work. Or I may have to get some kind of a work out dvd although I get bored just thinking about working out in my living room.
I have PCOS and thus a really hard time losing weight. I lost 30 pounds over the course of about 6 months before I got pregnant and was down to a healthy size 8 but I was on Metformin at the time. We'll see how it goes this time around.
Nilla I can't wait to be able to say I'm down almost 20 pounds!! Go you!
I joined this week also. I have lost all but 6 of the pregnancy weight, but would like to lose another 30.
I do have to say that I don't like the new points system. I can't game the system anymore
but I guess it is a good thing because I didn't lose any weight last time I tried WW.
My WW pre-paid meetings ended and I didn't really want to spend the money to continue since I don't feel like the meetings help me out that much. But I am still doing WW at home and I feel like I have done a pretty good job so far this week. I won't weigh myself until Sunday (I have made Sunday my weigh in day), but I am hoping it will be a good weigh in.
I don't know if anyone else loves a McDonald's Frappe every now and then, but those things are pretty bad (12 points plus for a small). However, I get emails from hungrygirl.com and they found a "swap" recipe for the frappe. I haven't tried it yet, but next time I am craving a Frappe I plan on trying out the recipe. Here it is for anyone that is interested:
HG's Cara-mellow Coffee Freeze
Ingredients:
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. fat-free or light caramel dip (like the kinds by Marzetti), divided
1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
One 60-calorie sugar-free caramel pudding snack (like the kind by Jell-O)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 8 - 12 ice cubes
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
Directions:
In a tall glass, combine coffee granules, sweetener, and 1 tbsp. caramel dip. Add 1/4 cup very hot water and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Transfer to a blender. Rinse the glass, if needed, and set aside.
To the blender, add all other ingredients except the remaining 1 tsp. caramel dip and the Reddi-wip. Blend at high speed until completely mixed. Transfer to the tall glass and set aside.
Place remaining 1 tsp. caramel dip in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds, or until very warm.
Top drink with Reddi-wip and drizzle with the warm caramel dip. Enjoy!

My weigh in day is Monday so Im not sure of my weight loss yet this week. But I think I have done pretty good. Last week I gained 1 pounds but it was that time of the month so Im hoping that is what it was and I will have lost weight this week.
