Trigger Shot Advice

Hi all...

I usually get my shots in the office- but with conferences I am going to give them to myself. My trigger is hcg IM- any advice on how to give? Should I do the thigh?

    I don't have any advice since I haven't had to do a trigger yet, but just wanted to wish you good luck! I haven't seen you on the boards lately? How's everything going?

    DH had to give me the HCG shot IM, which was different than my normal Ovidrel for IUI's. We iced the are area for a 1-2 minutes before hand and I didn't feel a thing at all! Good luck!

    DH gives me my IM shots in the butt- so I can't really offer any advice other than to have him do it.  I don't ice it, just take my weight off whichever side he is doing and have him tell me when it's in and when it is coming out.  And then rub it for a couple of minutes afterwards.
